4:00 pm ~ Annual Meeting (Aladdin Room)
4:45 pm ~ Cocktail Hour / Ballroom Open
5:30 pm ~ Processional Begins / Installation of Officers
6:30 pm ~ Unit / Club Officer Installations
6:45 pm ~ Dinner is served / Live DJ will follow dinner
DRESS CODE: SEMI-FORMAL
Ladies: Cocktail dress, long dress, dressy skirt and top, dressy separates, heels (low or high)
Gentlemen: Dark suit, matching vest (optional), dress shirt, tie, dress shoes, Fez
