Immerse yourself in a weekend of rejuvenation and community at our Yoga Sleepover event! This special gathering aims to uplift our community through the practice of yoga while raising awareness for our 501(c)3 charity.

Retreat Location:
Springhill Retreat Center is a serene 50-acre sanctuary reminiscent of the Texas Hill Country. It features a limestone-lined, spring-fed creek flowing through the woods, three large ponds, and beautiful native trees and foliage. Located in northeast Richardson, close to Wylie, it offers a quiet haven just minutes off Central Expressway and the President George Bush Turnpike. It is the ideal setting for worship, recreation, reflection, fellowship, and solitude.
Sleeping Arrangements:

- Bring your sleeping bags or air mattresses and sleep in the yoga space.
- Private Rooms:
- For those seeking more privacy, share a double occupancy room with a shower for $108 extra (booking required at least a week in advance).
Sunday Morning:
Rise early for morning yoga practices, and depart after a communal lunch feeling refreshed and inspired.
Important Note:
All participants should bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a meditation cushion, a towel, and water. These items will help you get the most out of your practice and ensure a comfortable experience.

Teacher Bio:
Ricky Tran, BBA, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is a renowned yoga practitioner and teacher, known for his journey from addiction to becoming a yoga entrepreneur. With a background in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Real Estate from the University of North Texas, Ricky's teachings are inspired by nearly two decades of practice and study under various yoga disciplines.
