Come join us at the Andrew Carnegie Birthplace Museum for an evening of empowerment and inspiration with Justine Mitchell. Learn from her journey as a successful leader and gain valuable insights into leadership. This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to network and connect with like-minded individuals.

Justine is a Business Consultant, Mentor and Lawyer specialising in business growth, with previous experience in the legal, property, football and beauty sectors. She currently advises several companies on strategic development and is actively involved from conception to implementation of the new strategies.

Prior to consultancy work, Justine founded the award-winning luxury day spa, Chamomile Sanctuary, in 2010 which she successfully sold in April 2022. The spa was renowned for its enviable client list as well as the various awards it received including "Best Beauty Salon in Scotland" and "Best Pivot Product Award during Covid".

Starting a beauty business was a complete shift in career direction for Justine having started her working life as an employment lawyer before moving into property development. She then entered the Scottish football world where at that time and at Dundee United she was the only female Director of a Scottish Premier Football Club. During her time at Dundee United she established Dundee United Women’s Football Club, was a Trustee of the Club’s Community Trust and a Director of the Scottish Women’s Football Board. She is a former Member of the Scottish FA Congress and has sat on the Scottish FA Judicial Panel.

She has been a judge of the UK Professional Beauty Awards and in 2016 Justine was thrilled to receive the Inspirational Woman of the Year Award from Business Women Scotland. Justine is a regular speaker at business and women’s events.
