Inspiring Sisters Around the World with Deborah Myers The basis of this program of Inspiring Sisters Around the World is to allow women to come together, be seen, witnessed and heard in a way that they feel safe, held, encouraged, nourished, inspired and motivated to go back out in the world in their true, authentic, sovereign selves.
Part of this session, there will be shamanic facilitation / energy healing / and or drumming / toning. You will have a choice to participate in this section of the session.
Each meeting will enhance love for self, honoring ourselves and each other through different topics of how we experience life and creating a life that we love.
What occurred during past sessions of ISAW.
We discover the different labels that we wear. Labels such as “Mother”, “Sister” and how that word carries deep meaning on how we perceive ourselves, how we were raised within those labels, as well as how society’s perception puts more pressure on how to be, act, think and feel within the confines of those labels.
We release those shackles of the label, to come out creating a choice of how we want to live within the label. It lifts a big veil of stigma around it. We felt lighter. We were able to move freely, opening ourselves up, releasing the guilt and shame of what we were thinking about ourselves wearing that label. It was an amazing transformation for all who attended. The drumming and vocals availed us to really step into our hearts and come from a place of love.

Bring water to drink and a journal for thoughts.
