Jonathan Bowman-Perks is an experienced leader and author, drawing from commercial and personal experience to help leaders find meaning and purpose, apply their strengths to a fulfilling career, and enhance the quality of life for themselves and their colleagues. He is the author of multiple leadership books including "Inspiring Leadership" and "Top Tips for Inspiring Leaders" and believes in leading by personal example and drawing leadership lessons from setbacks, disappointments, and life challenges.
Teresa Dukes
Teresa Dukes is an international speaker and coach with a focus on effective communication and presentation skills. She is the co-author of the bestselling book "World Class Speaking in Action" and "Women On Success". Teresa has trained and coached over 30,000 people, with clients praising her technique as attentive, professional, and diligent. She is also a long-standing member of Toastmasters International and served as a member of their Board of Directors from 2015-2017. Teresa is dedicated to helping individuals gain the skills needed to become more effective speakers and leaders and is also co-founder of the "Interview Survival Guide" programme.

We are dedicated to empowering disadvantaged women and girls through our charity organisation, the Inspiring Leadership Foundation. We support the charity in a variety of ways including our leadership and development tools, products and profits. Each year we run the Inspiring Leadership Academy hosted by leading speakers, business professionals and coaches.
