The Inspired to Inspire: Why She Leads initiative was created to bridge this gap by equipping women with the resources and encouragement they need to step into leadership roles. This platform not only helps women in their leadership journeys but also recognizes and celebrates those who have overcome challenges to excel in their respective fields.
This year's edition highlights exceptional women in the education sector who have distinguished themselves through their leadership mentorship and inspiration to others. Ten outstanding women will be honored with the Inspirational Leader Award for their remarkable contributions to nurturing future leaders motivating colleagues and creating lasting impacts in their communities.
