A guided, active, breathwork meditation for self-empowerment.
A journey toward optimizing the mind, body and soul from within
About this Event

SOMA Breath is a gentle, breathwork method, blending ancient pranayama techniques with music and guided visualization. This unique approach, guides participants to unlock benefits, from stress relief to heightened focus and clarity, increased physical vitality, access to deep meditative states and igniting positive change from within.

This fortnightly breathwork meditation is suitable for anyone wanting to take some time to go within and experience inner calm and relaxation. If you wish for some respite from a mind that lives in survival, constant judgement of what’s right or wrong, good or bad, or what may not even be, this class is for you.
