Insight to the Emergency ServicesThere has been a steep rise in patients requiring an ambulance, A&Es being inundated and GP appointments hard to get in England in the past five years. The pressure on the emergency services and the wider NHS is immense. Anita McBride, Clinical Manager at South Central Ambulance Service, will be joining us for a behind the scenes look at our emergency services 111 and 999, what happens from initial call to the final outcome and the different options that can be provided. Anita will be happy to answer all your questions on common medical emergencies and general first aid, so this will be a very interesting and informative session!
