Insight Talk and Meditation ~ In-Person Only

We invite those who are interested in what we offer to the community to join us in-person for an insight talk about the meditation practice and a guided meditation. You are welcome to join any Thursday scheduled from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Suitable for both beginners and those who are more experienced in meditation. Free of charge. You can voluntarily donate and keep your good karma rolling.
