The preview will offer a glimpse inside the craftsmanship and sitework. The tour will be led by OMA, who will share exclusive details on how they are bringing The Perigon to life.
Developed by Mast Capital, The Perigon Miami Beach is an award-winning ultra-luxury condominium designed by OMA, the global architecture firm. Nestled on the sands of Miami Beach between Indian Creek and the Atlantic Ocean at 5333 Collins Avenue, the project offers 73 oceanfront residences and eight for-purchase guest suites for residents only. Featuring interiors by Tara Bernerd and landscaping by Gustafson Porter + Bowman, which recently completed the Eiffel Tower’s new gardens, the residences boast breathtaking views of the shoreline, Atlantic Ocean, Miami skyline, and Biscayne Bay. The Perigon’s distinguished food and beverage offerings, curated by Michelin-starred Chef Shaun Hergatt, include the private restaurant, Nota, and the residents-only speakeasy, FiftyThree.
