Monthly Saturday tours are led by various voluntary guides Clare, Mel, Melissa, or June (an Arderne descendent). This tour covers the history of the garden, important trees, and FOTAG's ongoing work, which is helping to make the garden the hidden jewel of Claremont.Email [email protected] to RSVP. Please meet at the noticeboard near the front gate at 10:00am. The guided walk has a minimum donation of R50 per person which supports the Friends of the Arderne Gardens mission to preserve and promote the garden. A paper map will be provided. Park entrance and parking on the street is free.
