Press Quotes:
*Chris Parker, Jazzwise magazine*:
“Their material, all self-penned, consists in the main of airy, accessible themes upon which they share, with scrupulous fairness, both soloing and comping duties, his saxophones floating with almost Getz-like purity and warmth over her deft guitar playing, then her thoughtful, cogent guitar soloing making pure, wholly enjoyable, entirely unpretentious music.”
*Mike Butler, City Life* magazine:
“Compelling linear jazz with the accent on sensitive interplay and two-part invention. John and Kathy Dyson are, musically-speaking, the most close-knit of couples. His animated saxophone contributes a cogent flow to a two-way dialogue, and Kathy’s guitar work can glow in any setting.”
