Welcome to Inside Flow 90´min Workshops - a brand new and powerful combination of dynamic yoga flow and modern music, and personal discovery.
Inside Flow is good for everyone who enjoys dancing. We focus on balance, fluid body movement and music connection.
Some of the first classes in Inside Flow offered in Norway. Ewa Trela Dans and our workshop instructor Elina Seva, are thrilled to invite you to step into a whole new experience.
Each Inside Flow class is carefully designed to let you tap into your inner wisdom, empowering feelings and deep knowledge. It allows you to discover meaningful personal answers, while being also immensely fun, joyful and far less serious than other practices.
Inside Flow is based on the belief that All We Need Is Already Inside Us. Each workshop is different and separate, no previous experience or preparation needed.

What is INSIDE FLOW?
Inside Flow is a unique Vinyasa-inspired style that combines a carefully designed sequence that is built to match a specific music and a specific intention. It is a perfectly choreographed yoga sequence which can help your mind enter a state of flow.
The music is the catalyst. The music unlocks the wisdom and personal journey. In Inside Flow, we believe that music and the embodiment of the sound is the gateway to the soul. Going through the flow, one feels like they are dancing through the asanas and connecting with an inside emotion or story that is powerful to them.
