Inside Flow classes are a special yoga style that will leave you happier and with the ultimate flow glow. Music is the driving force of Inside Flow and how its choreographed sequences are built.
During this two hour workshop, we’ll move from one posture to another, with the focus on the movement between the postures, uniting the breath, rhythm, and flow. We’ll also break down unique Inside Flow poses so they feel comfortable in the body. Step into your authentic power through this invigorating and fun practice and connect to the beating heart the lives inside of you.
Two Yoga Alliance continuing education credits are available for yoga teachers.
