Music is the driving force of Inside Flow and how its choreographed sequences are built. Gently moving from one posture to another, we focus on the movement between the postures, uniting the breath, rhythm, and flow.
Each Inside Flow is meticulously choreographed and synced up to a song.
The feeling behind the song and passion behind the movement gives students a different experience each time. Your experience could be heartfelt, empowering, or playful.
Yep, basically in short, it’s yoga poses that never stop moving . 😉 Some yogis describe this practice as dance like but if you think you can’t dance- DO NOT WORRY! Inside Flow is about how you feel when you’re flowing- not how you look! You’ll get a great work out while you get to connect within as you express your yoga and connect your heart to the music. ❤️
