INSANITYLive son rutinas de ejercicios de alta intensidad que trabajan todo el cuerpo utilizando entrenamiento cardiovascular y de fuerza utilizando nuestro peso corporal. Las rutinas están basadas en un método llamado entrenamiento por intérvalos con la idea de aumentar niveles de aptitud aeróbica mientras se quema grasa. Los ejercicios consisten de una combinación de ejercicios que envuelven múltiples músculos en un sólo movimiento.

INSANITYLive is a high intensity total body workout involving both cardio and strength training using your own body weight. The workout is based on a fitness method called interval training with the idea of increasing aerobic fitness levels while burning fat. The workouts consist of combination exercises targeting multiple muscles in a single move.
