About the Speakers:
Ani Terada is a cybersecurity visionary and the Co-founder and CEO of AironWorks - a platform harnessing AI to counter AI-driven attacks and emerging global threats. Under his leadership, AironWorks delivers advanced training, AI-powered threat detection, and innovative threat intelligence backed by elite white-hat hackers. Trusted by over 500 corporations across Finance, Medical, Pharma, Airlines, Railways, Infrastructure, Government, ministries, and municipalities.
Eric Fukuda received his Ph.D. in hardware acceleration for big data processing from Hokkaido University in 2015. He then conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Toronto, focusing on management technologies for hardware accelerators in data centers. In 2017, he founded Chiptip Technology, where he currently serves as CEO. His company specializes in technologies that enhance speed and power efficiency in data center computing, with particular effectiveness in network and cybersecurity applications.
Salma Mayorquin is a seasoned machine learning engineer and co-founder of Remyx AI, where her team is building agent-guided MLOps solutions to help developers deploy AI more efficiently. With over a decade of experience in AI and ML infrastructure, she specializes in optimizing foundation models for production and enabling developers with data-centric workflows. Previously, Salma was a Solutions Architect at Databricks, working with Fortune 500 companies to scale ML infrastructure and optimize AI pipelines. An award-winning ML engineer, her work has been featured by NVIDIA and Google DeepMind.
Kiyoshi Nakayama is the Founder and CEO of TieSet, Inc., an AI startup advancing federated learning, AI governance, and model orchestration through its platform, STADLE. With a PhD in Computer Science from UC Irvine, he specializes in distributed AI and scalable machine learning. Previously, he was a research scientist at NEC Labs America and a postdoctoral researcher at Fujitsu Labs. He is the primary author of Federated Learning with Python and has received multiple best paper awards. Under his leadership, TieSet is expanding STADLE into AI ModelOps, adaptive AI, and AI compliance to drive enterprise adoption.
Alina Adams is an experienced entrepreneur, advisor, and business consultant with expertise in deep tech, impact, sustainability, and climate. She has collaborated with corporations worldwide, advising on breakthrough technologies in sectors ranging from advanced mobility, carbon removal, to quantum technologies. Alina founded and led her own climate tech company focused on carbon capture, working alongside Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory under DOE grants on cutting-edge carbon capture projects.
Alina is an executive coach at AlchemistX Accelerator, the largest B2B accelerator, where she supports companies in scaling both their business operations and their positive impact.
She is also an adjunct faculty member at two universities, where she teaches Sustainability and Impact Investing, following five years of teaching Entrepreneurship. She has dedicated over a decade to mentoring impact-driven companies as a mentor at the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship and actively mentors startups through programs like the European Innovation Academy and CleanTech Open. She also serves on the advisory board of the Stanford Executive Accelerator (LISA) specializing in business strategy.
Alina works closely with investors and venture capitalists, advising on the development of impact funds and serving as an investment advisor.
