Join us for the inaugural Innovation Roundtable event - a new quarterly roundtable series creating private spaces where DC area innovation leaders can have the authentic conversations that drive real change.

This isn't another networking event or AI conference. We've partnered with to bring together 30-60 seasoned entrepreneurs, innovators, and public sector leaders for facilitated roundtable discussions where participants share real experiences, challenge assumptions, and learn from each other's successes and failures.

Our first theme: Accelerating Innovation Inside Organizations - exploring how to structure organizations, processes, and frameworks that enable rather than constrain innovation.

Closed-Door Format: What's discussed stays in the room, enabling the honest dialogue senior leaders need but rarely get in professional settings.

Peer Learning Focus: Insights come from participants, not presentations. Expert facilitators guide conversations, but the value comes from the collective wisdom in the room.

The Innovation Roundtable is hosted by AJ Bubb, founder of MxP Studio and host of the Facing Disruption webcast, who has been convening innovation leaders across the country for several years.
