A transformational workshop for women in business who are ready to step beyond fear, spark innovation + take risks that lead to real growth.
About this Event

Being an entrepreneur takes guts, but it also takes imagination and the willingness to try something new, even when it feels uncomfortable. Many women in business hold back their boldest ideas out of fear, uncertainty, or doubt.

This interactive, in-person workshop is your opportunity to rethink what risk means, reconnect with your creative instincts, and move toward the business (and life) you truly want.

In this session, WE-CAN client Theresa Bailey of will help you:

· Reframe risk as a tool for growth, not something to fear

· Identify habits and mindsets that build confidence and momentum

· Explore how your brain responds to fear, and how to rewire it

· Use practical tools to express your bold ideas and take action

· Develop a personal roadmap for bold, values-aligned decisions

This workshop is for you if:

· You feel like you’re playing it too safe and want to go bigger

· You’re tired of second-guessing yourself and want to trust your instincts

· You have big ideas but don’t know how to move forward with them

· You’re craving connection and clarity in your next chapter

Through stories, science, and PlayDoh-based creativity exercises (yes, really!), you’ll tap into new ways of thinking and walk away with a clearer plan of action, and a new level of confidence.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Theresa Bailey, Founder of Starfish Synergies Inc., knows firsthand that bold risks lead to big rewards. The scariest leaps in her life, like pitching a book to HarperCollins, or reimagining corporate training with PlayDoh, led her to become a bestselling author, an award-winning entrepreneur, and the exclusive North American license holder for PlayDoh Power Solutions Corporate Training (a method she created). With over 20 years of experience leading strategic, imaginative, and people-centered workshops, Theresa has helped thousands of leaders think differently, lead with confidence, and grow with purpose.
