Mapping Digital Challenges (60 min)

Brainstorming Collective Solutions (60 min)
- Mixed groups discussing potential solutions for identified challenges.

- Each group works on a specific solution using a structured template (problem, solution, required resources, key stakeholders).
- Groups create a simple prototype (pitch, diagram, etc.).

- Each group presents its prototype to the others.
- Structured feedback from participants and facilitators to refine solutions.
Closing (15 min)
- Summary of developed solutions.
- Quick evaluation of the workshop through a feedback survey.
