InnerFlow: Feminine Flow Edition
An intuitive movement journey inspired by the principles of yoga, dance, meditation, and tantra yoga.

This special Feminine Flow edition invites you to reconnect with your radiant, soft, and powerful essence — the parts of yourself that often get left behind in the rush of daily life.

Through guided movement, stillness, and reflection, you’ll be supported in coming home to your body and your inner voice.

• A sense of calm and relaxation
• Clarity and insight from your intuition

No prior yoga or dance experience is needed — simply bring an open mind and an open heart. This is not a physically strenuous class; all levels are welcome.

🤍What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal, pen, and water. Mats are available, though bringing your own is recommended.

We’ll close the session with tea and light refreshments — a chance to unwind and connect. Join us for an afternoon of soulful connection and calm — we can’t wait to see you there!
