- Shared space -An innerdance sound journey is an exploration into the space that is both you and me and everything.
You are invited to lay down and be taken on a journey, riding the waves of sound frequencies. Using a specially crafted playlist, live instruments and voice, and adding a layer of energetic bodywork through intuitive touch, the space opens to explore our authentic selves.
The process invites us into surrender, trusting how in these spaces, we receive what we need, mirroring and becoming each other, in conversation with ourself as one being.
The frequencies are designed to emulate our sleep brain wave patterns, leading us into REM dream states, where all time melts into everything is possible. It's a state where self-healing and homeostasis can happen, insights may arise and we can re-pattern our neural pathways with clarity and self-knowing.
Although it is called innerdance, there is no dancing involved. However, as electricity rises, the body may move on it's own, speaking its own intelligence.
Come open-minded, open-hearted and ready to explore. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, journal, pen, blanket and pillow.
