The innerdance is an exploration into the space that comes when fear meets trust. Within this realm of one vs other, the up wave, the down wave, fast and slow, hot and cold, control and flow, stress and safety, what lies possible when we bring these opposing forces to meet each other at the centre?
We lay down to the restful vibrations of the singing bowls, which are then layered with an intentionally crafted playlist.
These sounds, music and frequencies then both calm and subtly trigger the system, allowing for a simultaneous co-activation of both our parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, taking us on a journey to homeostasis.
The soundscapes are designed to induce brain wave states that lead us into REM state consciousness, offering the equivalent experience of our body's natural ability to self-regulate and self-heal.
REM sleep is a stage in our sleep cycle where we dream, expand into space and dimensionality, and innately find our balance.
The journey is supported by intuitive touch, voice, other instruments and sounding.
You are invited to come empty and open-minded, to listen with your heart and flow with whatever may arise.
