Innerdance is a transformative and powerful process developed by Pi Villaraza in the Philippines and is now spreading across the world. Innerdance uses sound, music and intuitive healing touch to help you remove energy blocks and become the person you are meant to be.
In a session you will listen to a skilfully curated soundscape, sometimes supplemented by other instruments.
The music will move you through a journey of brainwave states - the experience is often likened to lucid dreaming.
You may see visions, experience intense emotions and feel electrical impulses in the body.
Many people feel a strong urge to move and should allow the body to move in the way that feels right at that time - others will sink deep into trance states and lie still for the whole session.
Every session is different and the experience varies with the individual.
After a session you may experience vivid dreams, a new sense of purpose or find that decisions are made easily.
You will only ever go as deep as you are ready for and there's plenty of time after the session to integrate, ground, grab a tea and connect with yourself and others.
This is a space of non-judgement, where you can feel free to express yourself in any way you need. You're encouraged to close your eyes throughout to help you go into a deeper state of being (blindfolds are available if needed).
The sessions involve energy work and non-s*xual physical touch, as well as intuitive prompts for the group and individuals.
This event is open to all genders.
Bring your own mat, pillow and blanket and anything else for your comfort.
