InnerDance: Inner Expansion is an invitation to create space within yourself as you move into the new year — space to breathe, feel, release, and expand without force or expectation.Rather than pushing forward with resolutions or goals, this experience honors where you truly are. Inner expansion happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to soften, when the body is given permission to unwind, and when intuition is allowed to lead.
InnerDance is a music-guided, somatic experience where participants rest comfortably on the floor while sound and frequency support the body’s natural intelligence. There is no movement to follow, nothing to perform, and no right or wrong way to experience the journey. Each session unfolds uniquely, guided from within.

Come exactly as you are. Nothing needs to be fixed. There is only space to expand.
Please dress comfortably. Bring pillows, cushions, blankets, or anything else to help you feel cozy lying on the floor. Yoga mats will be provided.
