What is energy school?---------------------
The innerdance energy school (IDES) is a 4 day intensive workshop, where we dive deeper into the innerdance process of unraveling, deconstructing and remembering.
It is a self-explorative immersion into sound, energy, insight, intuition and flow, as we ground the journey into context and understanding.
This will unfold through daily innerdance journeys, demos, conscious dialogue and knowledge sharing of the science and theory behind the playlist and sound healing process.
We will be lightened by a raw diet of delicious, fresh, high vibrational food (all fully catered), raising our energy to support self-healing and allow for opening and expansion.
Energy school is about coming to better know ourselves as source energy, constantly feedbacking to itself. It is an invitation to learn and unlearn, to surrender into trust and open the heart to the true nature of who and what we are, in total authenticity.
The workshop will be facilitated by Sharyn Timkoe, who experienced IDES at its source in Palawan, Philippines in 2016. I was graced to learn from its ‘founder’ Pi Villaraza and senior facilitator Serena Olsen.
Who is this workshop for?

Is it a facilitator training?

As we learn more about the Energy, we begin to read it and play with it as a facilitator would. Not for the sake of becoming a facilitator, but for the power it holds when we experience our intuition, listening with the heart and learning to truly trust ourselves in that allowing.
Facilitating innerdance can then be a natural next step, should you feel called to it.

We'll travel through the colours, each holding a focussed theme related to the 7 chakras system.
Red - The body's wisdom - Neurology, chemistry, sleep and healing
Orange - Into the void - The birth, death and dream phenomena
Yellow - Holding space - Playlisting and a facilitator's role and responsibility
Green - The heart space - A holistic system of interpretation
Blue - Space and time - The structure of Consciousness
Indigo - Insight and knowing - Innerdance truths and philosophy
Violet - Connection to all - The nature of the energy in Wholeness
