With breath and music Tuva Bjørnstad and Vetle Nærø will once again guide you back to yourself. Supported by gentle movement from yoga teacher Marius Ask.By popular demand we are doing a repeat of our event in May, except this time Vetle Nærø is playing on a grand piano used by The Norwegian Opera & Ballett. You do not want to miss that.
Inspired by the norse goddess of healing, Eir represents a deeper approach to well-being. One that extends beyond movement and meditation into the way we live, breathe, and nourish ourselves.
The goal with Eir is to make it safe for people to stay in their own bodies. To not have to run away, from the here and now.
Luckily, there are many tools we can use to make it safe to stay in our bodies. We use movement, breath, sound, and perhaps most important, community.
There will be time after the program to have some snacks, something to drink, share deep hugs, and land together.

What to bring?
You don't need to bring a yoga mat. But you should bring clothes suitable for movement, an eye mask, water bottle, and some comfy warm clothes for the breathwork. Many like a pillow under head and knees, and a wool blanket. Bring whatever you think will make you comfortable during the journey.
