Join our Inner Wisdom Retreat for a nourishing journey within. You are warmly invited for our day retreat to cherish yourself and connect with your own mind, body and spirit through guided meditation, yoga, intuitive dance movement and sauna.
In the slowness of winter the first signs of spring start to show. We gather on Imbolc with the intention to open ourselves to the magic of the beginnings of beginnings. Finding our inner light prepares us to greet the gentle return of the sun. This is time and space for you to nurture new growth and intentions for the months ahead to start discerning what to say yes or no to.
Nourishing tea and lunch will be included so all you need to bring is an openness to be present, a yoga mat and any props to keep you cosy, swimwear for the sauna (shower block available if desired), your own cup, notebook and pen.

INNER WISDOM RETREAT FLOW
10:00 am - 10.30 am - Opening Circle: In the opening circle, we get to get to know each other and set an intention for the day.
10.30 am - 12.00 pm - Yoga: We will move through an embodied yoga session blending yogic techniques with somatic movement. The practice invites us to move into our body, connect with the felt sense of self so that we can begin to hear our inner voice.
12:00 pm - 01:00 pm - Sauna & Cold Plunge: Hotbox Sauna and Cold Plunge in the river (optional) https://thehotboxsauna.ie/products/graiguenamanagh **this is included**
01:00 pm - 02:00 pm - Lunch: Home made vegetarian lunch. Please indicate any dietary requirements upon checkout or send us a direct message.
02:00 pm - 03:00 pm - Breath meditation: We will gently bring awareness to the full movement of our breath with the invitation to create space to listen to your body's more quiet whispers.
03:00pm - 03:15 pm - Journal prompts & Break
03:15 pm - 04:15 pm - Dance: Intuitive Dance to connect with mind, body. heart and to release any stuck energy/emotions.
04:15 pm - 04:30 pm - Silence & Wrap up
04:30 pm - 05:30 pm - Fire Pit Closing Ritual: Let's gather together around the fire pit to close our day retreat experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things happen and sometimes plans change. If you cancel 7 days before the retreat, we will offer you a full refund. If cancelled 3-7 days before the retreat, 50% refund will be issued to you. No refund given if cancelled less than 3 days before the retreat.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
About Anna Przybylo
Yoga Teacher, Women’s Circle Holder, Somatic Coach and Facilitator. She is currently undertaking Compassionate Inquiry Professional Training based on teachings of Dr. Gabor Mate (focused on trauma healing through a mind-body based approach).
Anna's work is a blend of traditional yogic teachings with science and mindfulness. Through her work, Anna helps you cultivate presence, connect with your body and inner experiences so that you can understand yourself better, develop more self-trust, more resilience and recognise the power that lies within you.
Anna has a mindful, supportive and trauma-informed approach. She loves to nurture the spirit of community and create spaces where everyone can show up as they are.

About Jennifer Van Uffelen
Wellbeing Coach, Facilitator & Holistic Practitioner with a mindful approach connecting people back to all parts of themselves and turning self-criticism into compassionate and confident curiosity to find an authentic flow in life and work.
Jenn's practice integrates mindfulness, coaching, NLP, positive intelligence, nervous system regulation, menstrual cycle awareness and workplace health & wellbeing. Currently she’s completing yoga teacher training and she strongly believes in the power of the inner wisdom that each of us holds.
