About this Event
On Sunday, October 12th, we open the doors for a unique and sacred gathering, Inner Temple a chance to slow down, breathe, and remember.
We gather in circle, as our ancestors once did with cacao to open the heart, story to awaken memory, and movement to free the body.
✨We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a ritual that has brought communities together for centuries. From there, Manuel Veres will guide us through channeled storytelling:

The journey continues into breath-work and ecstatic dance weaving ancient practices into freeform movement, release, and celebration. We close with a sound bath, letting the vibrations restore balance and settle the body into stillness.
❤️This gathering is hosted in collaboration with Karma & Luck, who will be holding space at their beautiful store in Pembroke Lakes Mall creating the perfect setting for ceremony, movement, and reflection.
