Inner Space at Space Holistic Services!

Inner Space, led by Corey McGinnis and Rebka Tesfaye, hosted by Space Holistic Services, is an evolving healing circle comprised of unique individuals just like you! We utilize journal prompts themed according to intuitive esoteric wisdom inspired prompts combined with restorative breathwork practice, mediation, group share and collaborative interactive play.

We invite you on a mission to explore your consciousness and regulate your nervous system within a safe space and an affirming communal gathering. We assimiliate intuitive guided journal prompts and practice conscious breathing techniques to clear our energy centers and to arrive at inner stillness. The circle gently transitions to private reflection and optional group share allowing us to integrate our shared experience.

For this session, participants must be 18 years or older.

Following your registration, each participant will receive a confirmation email along with a consent form and additional information!
