Ma pédagogie:
une éducation sensorielle en mouvement, alliant les travaux corporels du psychomotricien Jacques Garros et des explorations somatiques guidées par des procédés hypnotiques, dans l'intention de favoriser l’ancrage dans le vivant et l’autonomisation corporelle.
Aucune performance physique n’est attendue, mais une exigence demeure : être corporellement ici et maintenant. Il ne s’agit pas de chercher un résultat, mais d’explorer ensemble une présence incarnée, de l'individu au groupe, dans une attention partagée.
Ce que cet atelier propose:
Une immersion dans différentes approches du toucher pour stimuler la sphère proprioceptive, prendre soin, cultiver la confiance et affiner l’intelligence corporelle.
Par le contact, l’autre devient médiateur•rice entre soi et le monde. Un circuit organique s'ouvre où rythme et mouvement traversent nos structures. Ici, toucher, c’est à la fois émettre et recevoir, guider et soutenir.
Les exercices et explorations ont lieu de manière individuelle, en binôme et en groupe. L'atelier se déroule dans le respect, l'écoute et le consentement.
Public concerné:
- personnes en quêtes d’approches somatiques
- personnes qui veulent explorer la danse improvisée
- personnes intéressées par l'outil hypnotique en lien avec le corps
- personnes qui ont besoin d’outils pour développer leur travail, qu’il soit artistique, pédagogique ou orienté dans la relation d’aide
- artistes (corporel, visuel, théâtrale, cirques, sonore, etc)
- personnes en ré-apropriation corporelle

My pedagogy:
A sensory education in movement, combining the bodywork of psychomotor therapist Jacques Garros and somatic explorations guided by hypnotic techniques, with the intention of fostering grounding in the living and bodily empowerment.
No physical performance is expected, but one requirement remains: to be bodily here and now. It is not about seeking a result, but about exploring together an embodied presence, from the individual to the group, in shared attention.
This workshop offers:
An immersion into various approaches to touch, with the intention of taking care, cultivating trust, and refining bodily intelligence.
Through contact, the other becomes a mediator between oneself and the world. An organic circuit opens, where rhythm and movement flow through our structures. Here, touch is both giving and receiving, guiding and supporting.
Exercises and explorations occur individually, in pairs, and in groups. The workshop takes place in a spirit of respect, listening, and consent.
