Step into a gentle yet powerful journey of self-discovery and human connection. Inner Reflection, Outer Connection is a two-part workshop that weaves ancient introspective practices with modern relational awareness.
Part I — The Candlelit Mirror Ritual
In the first session, you’ll enter a quiet, sacred atmosphere illuminated by candlelight. Guided through a mirror-gazing practice once used for reflection, shadow exploration, and inner stillness, you’ll learn to witness yourself without judgment. As your features soften and your shadow emerges, you’ll explore the subtle layers of emotion, identity, and intuition that often go unnoticed in everyday life. This phase invites grounding, clarity, and a deepened sense of presence.
Integration Period (Two Weeks)
The space between sessions is intentional. During these two weeks, insights settle, patterns surface, and inner shifts unfold. You may notice changes in how you perceive yourself, your relationships, and your sense of inner steadiness.
Part II — The Human Mirror
In the second session, the gaze turns outward. Through a guided eye-gazing ritual with another participant, you’ll experience what it means to be seen and to truly see another. This practice supports vulnerability, empathy, and embodied connection—revealing the continuity between your inner world and the shared human experience.
By the end of the workshop, participants often report feeling more grounded, open-hearted, and attuned to themselves and others.
