Welcome to our first Sunday retreat of the year!This time, we will focus on cultivating inner peace. Using the powerful technology of Kundalini Yoga, we will work with the energy of the lower chakras to balance and channel it upward into the heart.
After a delicious Ayurvedic lunch, we will continue exploring our inner landscape through Family Constellations. This method creates a space where what we seek to understand and heal can emerge. In a safe and open environment—often in silence—we allow healing movements to unfold, integrating into our hearts, souls, and bodies what may have been excluded. We honor those who have been forgotten, reconnecting with them in love, even across generations.
With gentleness, we aim to uncover the root of our challenges and find solutions that promote a good life and healthy relationships.
No previous experience is necessary—everyone is welcome!

The retreat will be held at Yaelle Sahbel - Arts & Yoga, Storgata 81, Tromsø. Follow the signs, go up to the 5th floor and to the right.
About Vær
Vær started as an idea of bringing together teachers of yoga, meditation and conscious dance to create events for the local community. The intention behind these events is to promote health, well-being and meaningful connections between people. It is registered as a non-profit organization, because our mission is to make these practices available to all, regardless of their economical situation, age, gender or background. Anyone can be part of vær and shape the way it is developing.
