The free clinic starts out with 10-minute psychoeducation of the latest science regarding “what works” for a specific diagnosis, then share a Levy Method that’s been proven to heal it. Then, you will be guided through a 30 minute Levy Method (hypnosis combined with psychotherapy and meditation). The Method audio is a free take-away for future use.
Levy Methods are diagnosis-specific audio protocols that combine hypnotic relaxation procedures with psychotherapy and meditation. To use them, all you do is close your eyes and listen.
