Inner Peace & Stillness – Self Love Series Sound Bath

Join me for a deeply calming evening of rest, relaxation and sound healing at Queen Charlton Village Hall.

This special Self Love Series sound bath is themed around slowing down, calming the mind and reconnecting with inner peace. A chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and give your body and nervous system time to fully rest and restore.

Through guided meditation and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gentle instruments, you’ll be invited into a deeply grounding and restorative experience designed to help you unwind emotionally, mentally and physically.
