This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, destress, and find your inner peace through meditation, reiki, and sound healing. Exciting News! I’m beyond thrilled to be partnering with @meragejcc_oc - my community and @lightforce_alchemy , to create a transformative meditation, reiki, and sound healing journey that will help you reconnect with your inner self. This special session will help you feel grounded, calm, and filled with love & gratitude.
The more connected I have become, the more love I have to give and I am truly passionate about sharing light so others find their way. I will personally be leading the meditation and energy healing with tuning fork for the heart chakra and each person will get individual healing from me.
Join me on March 9th at 11:30 AM in the Group Fitness Studio.
Free for JCC members, $15 for non-members and you can use the facility.
Eye mask, Mat and pillows will be provided unless you want to bring your own.
