Join us for Inner Light, a two-hour immersive, multi-sensory guided meditation and ambient sounds performancedesigned to take listeners on a journey of self love and self discovery.
Sound therapy practitioner Jessica Frombach and ambient musician Shadow Plea (Dave Tamulonis) will be performing together for a special, one-night experience at 10/20 Collective on Saturday, February 15th, 2025 from 6-8pm. Attendees will be treated to both calming and dissonant sounds as they navigate a guided meditation including violin, gong, singing bowls, Native American flute, electronic loops, and more.
Some items will be provided, but please bring pillows, blankets, mats, and anything you’d like to remain comfortable in the space. This is an inclusive event, all spiritual practices and backgrounds will be welcomed and respected.
We are asking for a suggested donation of $10 with all proceeds benefitting our neighbors experiencing homelessness in Erie. Please RSVP through the link below from 1020 Collective:
