In Yin Yoga, postures are held for longer periods, allowing you to slow down and listen inwardly. These shapes gently target areas where tension and emotions are stored, creating space for softening, release, and freer energy flow 🧘♀️
Throughout the practice, you’ll be supported by Himalayan and crystal singing bowls. Their vibrations help release tension, calm the nervous system, and guide the mind into a meditative state. We close with a soothing sound bath to integrate the experience and reconnect you with your natural flow of energy.

💫 About Linda 💫
Linda creates gentle inner journeys rooted in presence, compassion, and self-healing. She discovered Yin Yoga during a challenging period of her life, when it became a safe space to feel, release, and reconnect.
Following her intuition, she traveled to Bali, where she deepened her practice through yoga teacher training, meditation, and sound healing. Today, Linda weaves together Yin Yoga, meditation, somatic practices, ritual, journaling, and sound to create nurturing spaces for rest and remembering — guided by how the practice feels, not how it looks.
