About this Event
This vinyasa flow can be done with as much (or as little!) clothing as you wish. Margaret Moreno facilitates a practice that celebrates our autonomy and diversity while supporting where each student is as an individual. Any level of nudity you choose should ADD to your practice. Wear or remove the layers you need to feel free and empowered in this space! Modifications for nudity with different body types and needs will be offered so that with or without clothing, each person can experience the full benefits of the poses.
Stick around 8:30-9:30 for social hour after class! It's free for class attendees and includes wine and snacks. It's encouraged to bring a beverage or snack to share but not required.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any additional props you may need to support your personal practice. **Extra yoga mats available at no extra charge and there is a water fountain for water refill**.
Highly encouraged to wear layers you can easily remove as you get comfortable and warm up. There is a shower available as well (please bring your own shower supplies and towel.)
