INNER GIFT PROGRAM: CONSCIOUS SELF-EMPOWERMENT FOR WOMENOFFERED FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME IN THE GROUP FORMAT
The INNER GIFT PROGRAM will take you on a journey of Self-Discovery to help you free your INNER GIFTS, let go of self-sabotage, regain inner states of Well-Being and be inspired to create a life aligned with your authentic nature.
The Program consists of 4 x 2.5hr Saturday Workshops (taking place in July & August).
Each workshop will be focused on one of the 4 Core Pillars of energy-clearing modality 'Inner Gift Resourcing' (IGR), which are: SELF-EMPOWERMENT, SELF-CARE, SELF-AWARENESS and SELF-RESPONSIBILITY.
For each of the 4 Core Pillars you will receive:
– 1 x Worksheet + 1 x Self-Reflection Video (prior to Group Session)
– 1 x Guided Journey Video (after each Group Session)
Individuals, who want to deepen their journey and work with Lisa individually, can choose to book this Group Program in conjunction with 2 x Inner Gift Alignment Sessions (In-Person or Online), which are focused on Soul Purpose & Inner Gift Recovery plus in-depth Intention Setting.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO ONE OF THE GROUP SESSIONS?
If you miss a Group Session, Lisa will give you 30min of her time (either in-person on a group day or online) to guide you through the exercises facilitated in the previous Group Session.
Venue for Group Sessions (+ optional In-Person 'Inner Gift Alignment' Sessions):
INDIGO WELLNESS STUDIO (25 Fox Street, Ballina)
The Group Session takes place in a beautiful Reiki backyard studio in Ballina on Saturday mornings 10am-12:30pm (walk into the driveway past the house).

PARKING: In street parking + Meldrum Park car park is in walking distance
Snacks and non-caffeinated tea are provided - the venue also has a fridge, if you need to cool anything.
It is also recommended that you bring your own water bottle, so you stay hydrated during energy clearing, and to pack some warm socks and a pullover or blanket.

How to book:
a) You can pay a non-refundable deposit via Eventbrite ($20 for Group Program / $50 for Group Program + 2 Sessions) and will be contacted by Lisa Jonas to pay the remaining amount via Bank Transfer. The deposit is only refundable, if the event doesn't take place.
b) Contact Lisa Jonas and book in via email. You will then receive an invoice to pay via bank transfer.
