Inner-Family Healing

Join us for the first of four self-love sessions. In this session, you will be led through an inner-family guided hypnosis to honour your inner parents & inner child, let go of past hurts and show up for yourself in the ways your inner child needs today.

Following the facilitated session, you will create an inner-child vision board for your inner essence, using a silhouette of yourself.
Light refreshments and snacks will be served.
