There are many times in our lives when we want to make a change, move forward but just feel stuck.
In this class, we will practice some techniques to help you develop your inner empowerment so you can make the changes in your life you are ready to make.
We’ll discuss lifestyle changes you can make to help keep you empowered.
Do some movement (anyone can do sitting in a chair) to help get your energy flowing and bring your body and mind into balance.
And since the body believes what the mind tells it, I will also be infusing you with encouraging and positive words and affirmations during this time.
After we will finish with an energy clearing meditation to help empower you as you move forward with your life.
