I am truly filled with love and excitement to say that I will be offering the amazing process of inner dance held by the gentle and powerful blue lotus at the beautiful Cottage Wellness and Yoga studio.Inner dance is a process of surrendering on the mat. Surrendering to your own power, no one else, no outer power... Your power! As it moves through you, you are taken on a journey of release and liberation. Purge that which is standing between you and your truth.
Blue lotus is a beautiful fragrant flower which has been used for 1000s of years in ceremony, particularly in ancient Egypt. Over my life and specifically over the past 10+years I have been recieving information in meditation and other spiritual practices regarding ancient Egyptian practices. I have been guided to start putting what comes through to use. The blue lotus also supports in opening up to our own unique souls wisdom. I have found her to be a beautiful companion when journeying.
Blue lotus will help in deepening the process and hold you in the surrender. You don't need to participate in the tea ceremony to recieve a highly powerful and potent experience.
