Inner Critic Healing Sound Bath

The voice of the inner critic often develops as a way to protect us - trying to help us avoid failure, stay focused, or do things the “right” way. Over time, though, it can become an internal force of pressure, perfectionism, or self-judgment.

In this sound bath, we’ll create space to meet your inner critic with curiosity and compassion. Through guided visualization and healing sound frequencies, you’ll gently separate from this voice, give it form, and engage in a ritual of release. From there, you’ll return to your own voice - reconnecting with your truth and inner guidance.
