Inner Connections (Ages 10–12)A creative and empowering Spring workshop for tweens!
In this 2-hour session, tweens will explore the Need to Love (Heart Chakra) through hands-on activities that build self-awareness, kindness, and confidence.
Together, they’ll:
✔️ Design their own Rock Mandala as a symbol of connection
✔️ Blend a calming or uplifting nature spray
✔️ Plant a herb or flower with an intention to grow
✔️ Enjoy a healthy Spring snack creation
✔️ Join in playful connection games

Using the Childosophy® Foundational Needs Model as a guide, this class helps tweens strengthen their ability to connect with themselves, others and the natural world, while creating meaningful keepsakes to take home.
