To step out of constant doing and spend time simply being with yourself 🌿This workshop offers a warm, intentional space to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels real, embodied, and unforced. There’s nothing to fix or improve — just space to soften, breathe, and meet yourself with honesty, care, and presence 💞
You’ll be guided to inner connection with your heart and inner child, bringing loving presence and healing. Through guided journaling, meditation and art-making, you’ll be invited to explore and express what lives beneath the surface, allowing insight, emotion, and connection to emerge in a natural, non-verbal way 🎨

🌟About Sabine🌟
Sabine is a Holistic Healer with a background in psychology, integrating somatic therapy, yoga, meditation, energy healing, and breathwork to support deep, embodied transformation.
Originally drawn to psychotherapy, she recognised that healing extends beyond the mind — involving the body, heart, and lived experience.
By bridging science and spirituality, Sabine supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a sense of inner wholeness. She creates a safe, nurturing space where people can reconnect with their inner wisdom and move toward a more aligned and embodied way of being.
What to bring:
All art materials will be provided.
You’re welcome to bring a journal if you wish — otherwise, just come as you are, with an open heart 🤍
