Inner Child Retreat

We have probably all heard of our inner child

but how well do you know them? How much time

do you spend nurturing them meeting their needs

hearing their voice? It's not easy in our busy lives

which is why we invite you to join us on this immersive

weekend to spend quality time with your inner child. 

We will guide you through a range of learning and activities

to support you in developing a deeper connection with your

inner child and promoting a sense of healing. 

We are pleased to include 2 Sound Baths offered by

Rezenance Sound Therapy as a focal point of the

weekend where you can reflect in a safe environment. 

Based in Sidmouth very close to the seafront we would

encourage you to maximise the use of the natural beauty

and sounds of the sea to add to your weekend.
