What to Expect

Step into a soft, welcoming environment where healing and play come together. You’ll begin by creating a personal altar with meaningful items, followed by gentle reflection using coloring sheets and childhood imagery.

Then, you’ll be guided into a meditative state while receiving Reiki energy healing and sound therapy. Darreya and Gema will support you in “dropping in” through a 30-minute Reiki activation, followed by a grounding Reiki Share to help you integrate what arises and return with clarity and calm.
