During this retreat, you will embark on a journey of play, creative expression, singing, dancing, drawing, self-discovery and transformation.
Creative Play
We, Niloufar & Gilda will guide you through a series of immersive activities and creative plays, specifically curated to awaken your inner child's spirit, unlock your creative potential, and infuse playfulness into every moment. Through creative play, nature walk, dancing, singing and other playful exercises, you will tap into your imagination, release inhibitions, and experience the profound healing power of nature.
Cacao
As part of this day retreat, we will also gather for a sacred cacao ceremony. Cacao, known as the "food of the gods," has been used for centuries to open the heart and enhance creativity. In this ceremony, you will have the opportunity to connect with the spirit of cacao, allowing its gentle energy to guide you deeper into your inner world. Sip on a warm cup of ceremonial-grade cacao as you set intentions, engage in guided meditation, and embrace the transformative energy of this sacred plant medicine.
Nature Healing
