Inner Child Meditation with Sound Healing and Reiki

This meditation will be a gentle introduction to your inner child. Within the safe space Claudia will create, she will guide all of us to our inner child. She will hold space for us to connect and build up our relationship with them. She will do this through a guided meditation and light sound healing. Once we've connected to our inner children, Claudia will do light Reiki on our minds, hearts, and sacral chakras to integrate the connection.

Inner child work can be intense and may bring up feelings we would rather not experience, but Claudia will ensure that we all leave the mediation feeling safe within this new connection.

You will need a yoga mat, water, and anything else that will make you feel comfortable during the meditation.
